Texas Deaf Chamber of Commerce (TXDCC) is a 501(c)(6) non-profit organization co-founded in 2019 by Jason Shaw, President of Blue Paw Energy Service, together with Deaf business leaders and community advocates. TXDCC serves as the unified voice for Deaf-owned businesses across Texas, working to expand opportunities, strengthen networks, and build economic growth.
